Whether you require a first class airfare, a five star resort or the cheapest fare of the day, we will advise the best option for you. We are not brand specific with any air or hotel supplier and will quote you as per your needs. Contracts with specific hotels or airlines can be negotiated on your behalf as required.

 

  • Car hire, valet car, limousine and coach services – Take advantage of our corporate rates which are available for most services and can be arranged at any time by your travel manager.

 

  • Client Profiles – Comprehensive individual client/company profiles are maintained in our reservation system. Each profile includes information relevant to your travel requirements and tailored to your needs. Details such as Frequent Flyer membership, passport number and expiry date, air, car and hotel preferences, meal requirements and preferred seating arrangements are held in each profile

 

  • Corporate reporting – Our back office system allows for sophisticated reporting on a monthly basis (or as required). Your account manager will work with you to identify trends, cost saving opportunities and offer solutions to minimise your travel spend.

 

  • Passport and Visa procurement – Our consultants will extend advice on all passport and visa requirements.

 

  • Ticket and document delivery – E-Tickets are issued for the majority of flight bookings and can sent to you via email or post, SMS or straight to your Blackberry. Other documents can be delivered to you directly via courier or mail.

 

  • Travel Insurance – We offer a wide choice of travel insurance options depending on the frequency of your travel.

 

  • 24-hour global emergency support – Available to all of our business and leisure travellers giving you access to one of our consultants anytime of the day. Our emergency team have access to all client details and travel information which enables you to make last minute bookings or changes to existing arrangements.
