• Client Profiles – Comprehensive individual client/company profiles are maintained in our reservation system. Each profile includes information relevant to your travel requirements and tailored to your needs. Details such as Frequent Flyer membership, passport number and expiry date, air, car and hotel preferences, meal requirements and preferred seating arrangements are held in each profile.

• Ticket and document delivery – E-Tickets are issued for the majority of flight bookings and can sent to you via email or post, SMS or straight to your Blackberry. Other documents can be delivered to you directly via courier or mail.
